Fairly clean, new place just next door to nice area as well as olhao. The venue is housed in a new building. The food is OUTSTANDING whatever you choose. Boasts exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bedroom.

Our stay here was very comfortable, and we enjoyed being close to nearby activities and the availability of wine was a nice touch.

We had a great time at this city apartment. the owner was very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and blankets. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with a small shop and restaurant right across the street. We also loved the fact that there were two extra beds, making it perfect for families with small children. the garden, although in need of a makeover, provided a nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy our morning coffee.

Stayed at the Lovely New House for a week-long holiday. The fully refurbished house had everything we needed, including a lovely outside area for morning coffee or wine. It was a great base to explore the Algavre area, with the option of taking a ferry to Ria Formosa Nature Reserve islands. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony terrace offered a view of the ocean. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the welcome gift was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and well-equipped amenities of the base floor we stayed in at Lovely New House - Guests. The host even gave us a delightful surprise gift upon arrival. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, everything felt like a home away from home. The location in a quiet neighborhood with a restaurant across the street was also a plus. The host was attentive and present during check-in. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

One drawback was the lack of information regarding the blankets in the house. However, I soon discovered that there was no need to bring any, as there were plenty of blankets available.
